Before Your Appointment:
Appointment Confirmation: We will confirm your appointment date and time via email or your preferred method of communication.
Preparation: Please remove any items, such as furniture or decorations, that may block access to your windows/ buildings. If interior cleaning is included, ensure we have clear access to indoor windows.
During the Service:
Arrival: Our technician(s) will arrive on time in a Foxwash vehicle.
Introduction: We will greet you and confirm the scope of the work and where to park our vehicle before starting.
Careful Cleaning: We use professional-grade tools and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to ensure your windows sparkle without streaks or residue.
Respect for Your Property: We remove shoes indoors, use drop cloths where needed and work with care to protect your home and landscaping.
After the Service:
Walkthrough: Once the job is complete, we’ll offer a walkthrough to ensure you’re satisfied with the results.
Cleanup: We’ll leave your property as tidy as we found it, removing any debris or equipment.
Payment: Payment can be made via cash, card, or other agreed methods at the end of the service. Receipts are available upon request.
Feedback: Your feedback helps us improve! If there are any issues please let us know within 7 days of the job and we will come back and fix it.
